We are energy, everything in the Universe is energy, vibrating at different levels. Reiki is a part of the Universal life energy that flows through everything.
As a Reiki healer I am attuned to the Reiki energy and channel it for the benefit of my clients.
My clients tell me Reiki helps them feel:

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology works on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet which correspond and align with the internal organs of the physical body - by gentle manipulation of the reflex points the Reflexologist releases pent-up energy and disperses congestion within the body's natural circulation, encouraging the body to return to balance, promoting self healing, reducing stress levels, improving circulation, reducing body tension and enhancing relaxation.
Reflexology with crystals - best of both worlds! combining the natural healing qualities of crystals and the gentle manipulation of the relext points the whole person is treated. The energy system and the pyshical system are brought into harmony together.
Clients have reported that they have a sense of release and a feeliing of being surronded by unconditional love from Spirit during these sessions and find they are sleeping better following a treatment and feel they are better able to cope with the stresses of life.

The benefits of mediation are well documented and has been proven to reduce stress, blood pressure and negative emotions. Increasing your self-awareness, imagination, creativity, patience and tolerance.
When meditating with crystals the benefits of meditating are enhanced - each crystal has it own natural healing power addressing naturally that which needs to be addressed to gives balance between mind, body and spirit. When these are aligned, our lives naturally flow and difficulties seem to drop away.
