Bookings 

All bookings must be made using the details on the Contact Us page. All bookings made are subject to availability and change.

Payments

Payment in full is required at the time of  booking your appointment and will only be confirmed upon receipt of all monies due. Please message, text or call me once payment has been made and I will confirm it has been received by message or text, this will also act as confirmation of your booking and receipt. All payments to be made via bank transfer or PayPal (details will be given at the time of booking).

Cancellation Policy 

Should you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment with me, you may do so but a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Less than 24 hours notice will not permit a refund nor an offer of an alternative appointment. To cancel your appointment please use the telephone number on the Contact Us page.

Should I need to change or postpone a reading at any time for any reason, an alternative appointment will be offered or a full refund will be given within 7 days of the cancellation. 

Readings on zoom (Skype by agreement)

Payment is required upon booking a Zoom reading, please message, text or call me once payment has been made & I will confirm it has been received. This will also act as confirmation of your booking and receipt. All payments to be made via bank transfer or Paypal (details will be given at the time of booking).  

You are requested to log on to the zoom call, using the code given, at least 5 minutes before the appointed time. Any late shows of more than 10 mins will be deemed to have been cancelled by you.

Readings are approx. 30-40 minutes (I will send you details for the reading to take place via Zoom upon confirmation of receipt of payment).  

Zoom details are strictly for your use and must not be shared or forwarded to any third party by any form or for any reason.

Skype calls are subject to agreement at time of booking and are for your use only and must not be shared with any third party by any form or for any reason.  If a Skype call has been agreed you will be called at the allotted time, should you fail to pick up the call a second try will be made, should you fail to pick up after a second try it will be deemed to have been cancelled by you.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct contact number has been provided for the appoint. 

Spiritual Readings

Any form of demonstration of mediumship and psychic readings are always experimental and results are not guaranteed, in continuing to book a reading you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Meditation with Crystals Classes (courses)

Payment in full is required at the time of  booking the Classes and will only be confirmed upon receipt of all monies due and is non refundable. Should I need to change or cancel  a week, due to unforeseen circumstances,  the course will be extended by one week. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or certificate for unused differences can be issued. The actual gift voucher must be presented for validation on arrival. Any reservation made using the gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show. We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
